Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase for ANY reason within the first 30 days after receiving the goods, simply contact us through this website, briefly explain what is wrong and we’ll guide you through the simple return and ‘no fault’ money refund process.
Note: Please retain original packaging wherever possible for 30 days as this aids us in returning the item and reducing waste.


Shipping & Tracking

Once you place an order it’s natural you’ll wish to know where it is and when it’s going to arrive. This information will be provided by email to you once the order is packed and available to ship. We do use a variety of courier companies depending on the size of the item to get the very best rates. Please retain your Nex-Gensports order number at all times as this will be your means to track and trace your shipment in real time door-to-door.


Return and Exchange Policy

Should you have any reason to require an exchange product due to a manufacturing reason, please contact us through the website, briefly explain what is the issue and we’ll guide you through the simple return and exchange process. Shipping is free for valid manufacturing exchange reasons.


Repairs and Service

Unlike most generic fulfilment companies our Utah shipping centre is also staffed by qualified technicians who are trained to inspect, service and/or repair most of the items sold by Nex-Gensports. Many spare parts are kept available so that repair time is kept to an absolute minimum wherever possible.
After inspection, some charges may apply to repair/service the item. If so a quote will be provided to the customer to confirm BEFORE any work is commenced.
Shipping of items to and from Nex-Gensports, Utah, for service/repair is generally at consumer cost unless otherwise confirmed by Nex-gensports management.


Statutory warranties

Nex-gensports abides by all State and Federal laws pertaining to product warranty issues.
Our minimum guaranteed warranty period is 24 months from date of purchase – The date on your official receipt. Extended warranty may apply on different items – refer to the specific product description page.
Where a product is not specifically manufactured by Nex-Gensports directly, the named manufacturer’s warranty will apply. Currently this applies to Ceramic Speed components, Industry Nine hubsets and Sapim spokes.
Special offers such as Schwalbe tires and TrackRGPS devices are covered by that manufacturer. If you do have any problem – Contact us first and we’ll do what we can to help.
